THP 6 - Forming habits through visualization


Amazingly our brain wires itself not only from what we physically experience. It also can change through "virtual experiences". Imagining and visualizing a certain pattern of responses. 
This gives us tremendous access to initiating the habit process.
At the same time it is limited to our ability to actually identify the situational or emotional cues which have established a habit.
